Martha has been working as a senior paralegal with law firms specializing in debtor

representation practice in Chapters 11 and 7 bankruptcy cases filed in the Central District,

Northern District, Eastern District and Southern District of California, the District of Delaware,

Southern District of New York, Southern District of Texas, and the District of Hawaii, and RICO

and complex civil litigation in Honolulu, Hawaii, and as a project manager/senior consultant at a

global provider of legal, financial and corporate information management solutions for

administrative and claims processing for large bankruptcy cases nationwide.  During her more

than 30 years of experience, Martha has worked with Levene & Eisenberg, P.C., and Jeffer

Mangels Butler & Marmaro LLP in Los Angeles, and Miller & Ichinose, and Foley Maehara Nip

& Chang in Honolulu, and with BMC Group.  Martha attended Washington State University, on

campus in Pullman, WA and more recently online, completing classes towards a Bachelor of

Arts Degree in English; she has attended multiple bankruptcy-related MCLE seminars to

maintain paralegal compliance and was a member of IWIRC (International Women’s Insolvency

& Restructuring Confederation).
